When you over think something, you are literally causing paralysis by analysis, which can then block you from taking action. Action steps are what can keep you from overthinking and in today's video, I'm going to share 3 easy ways to keep you from torturing yourself with the debilitating affects overthinking can bring.

And I have to give myself props here because I can proudly say that I am a recovering overthinker – YES, that’s right, I took the very advise I am going to share with you today so that you can stop getting in your own way of success.
All right so for those of us who tend to overthink every decision, every step, and every move we make YOU are going to love today’s episode because you understand the frustration and self-sabotage that comes with overthinking. So let’s get to it – let me show you 3 easy ways that you can break free from this unhealthy pattern so that you can start taking some confident action steps towards your goals.
Step 1: Recognize the Pattern
The first step to overcoming overthinking is to recognize when you're doing it. Pay attention to the thoughts that loop endlessly in your mind, the indecision that keeps you stuck, and the anxiety that accompanies overthinking. Once you're aware of the pattern, you can start to interrupt it.
Step 2: Set a Time Limit
Give yourself a designated time to think through a decision or problem, and once that time is up, make a choice and take action. Setting a time limit helps prevent endless back/forth and forces you to make decisions more efficiently. Remember, done is better than perfect, and taking imperfect action is often more productive than endlessly analyzing.
Step 3: Focus on Solutions
Instead of dwelling on potential problems or worst-case scenarios, shift your focus to finding solutions. Ask yourself, "What's the next step I can take to move forward?" By redirecting your energy towards actionable steps, you'll feel more empowered and less overwhelmed by overthinking.
